I. Job Description:

Responsible for design, construction supervision, construction bidding, equipment bidding agency services.

II. Job requirements:

1. College degree or above;

2. Have the qualification certificate of the tenderee;

3. Be familiar with bidding laws, regulations and policies;

4. Be familiar with the working process of Shanghai bidding agency, be familiar with the preparation of bidding documents and the analysis of bid return;

5. Skillfully operate the preparation and analysis of bill of quantities and control price;

6. Be familiar with all kinds of professional software in the bidding process;

7. At least five years of experience in bidding and public bidding (Engineering and equipment) projects;

8. Proficient in computer office automation software, with team spirit willing to work hard;

9. Experience in comprehensive cost consultation is preferred.
