I. Job Description:

1. According to the relevant national and local regulations and the implementation of the project, be fully responsible for the audit of project budget and settlement to ensure the accuracy and scientificity of project budget and settlement;

2. Actively participate in the engineering technical disclosure meeting, explain the list and inform the construction party and the supervisor of the cost control requirements for the construction process;

3. Master and understand the latest project cost information

II. Job requirements:

1. Gender unlimited, college degree or above, major in engineering cost, civil engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, hydraulic engineering, engineering management, environmental engineering, electrical, water supply and drainage, etc;

2. At least 2 years experience in project construction site or relevant experience in project budget (settlement) preparation and review;

3. Master the budget and settlement methods of infrastructure projects, accurately use and implement quota standards, and skillfully use engineering consulting software such as Guanglianda;

4.Be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations on project budget (settlement), industry management system, bill of quantities and pricing specifications, etc., and be able to independently and efficiently complete investment estimation (budget estimate), construction drawing budget, bill of quantities and control price, project budget (settlement) compilation and review;

5. Understand market engineering cost information and material information;

6. Strong team spirit, good communication ability, coordination ability, overall management ability, strong sense of responsibility and hard work;

7. Cost qualification certificate is preferred.
